Sažetak
Left ventricular performance and exercise capacity were evaluated with equilibrium radionuclide ventriculography in 15 patients(7 male, 8 female, mean age 37+/-10 years) with severe renal anemia (Hct<0, 25) and having regular hemodialysis (duration 4, 9+/-3 years) on three occasions:1.before recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO) therapy 2.at the time when target hemoglobin(Hb) reached 100g/l 3.after 12 months of therapy.
