Sažetak
Dynamic scintigraphy of kidney with J131 hipurane was used to asses the effective kidney plasmatic flow(ERPF) and the separate kidney function(RPF) in horizontal and in orthostatic position for 591 patients. Patients were categorized in 5 groups according to the extent of caudal shift of floating kidney. Changes in ERPF and in RPF of floating kidney indicated that these groups represented a highly significant source of variation. Group means values of change in ERPF and RPF were compared using Fisher`s least significant difference test.
