Sažetak
University management should respond to new challenges by applying new information and communication technologies to the existing academic activities. The real challenges on policy level are how to find an appropriate way to introduce and to use technology at a particular university in a particular circumstances, how to define concrete goals and how to manage the process of change in university teaching and learning.
