Sažetak
This paper discusses the role of elite groups, i.e. political and social elites in CEE, in the waves of democratization and consolidation of democracy. Furthermore, it analyzes the delicate issue of lustration of previous undemocratically elected/installed elites and their (non)transformation in the new democratic setting.
