Sažetak
The authors will present an unusual case of isolated right ventricular metastasis of very rare sorf tissue tumor, myxoid chondrosarcoma. Its primary location was on the right ankle. The unusual clinical course and treatement, will be presented. The diagnosis of the haeat tumor was based on echocardiographic exam.The heart biopsy revieled myxoma. The heart biopsy failed because the tumor surface is gelatinous myxoid cap indistinguishable from myxoma. Because there was no report in the literature of the similar case, it was the first one, to our knowledge, that metastatic soft tissue myxoid chondrosarcoma of the heart was sucessfully surgicaly treated.
