Sažetak
The paper gives evidence of analogy between the crystals forms and the shape of assembly devices for preparing and casting of spatially reinforced composite structures by the presentation of computer and real models and the corresponding crystals. The spatially reinforcement structures are divided into simple and complex types obtained by the combination of the simpler ones. The arrangement schemata of reinforcing rods are given for simple structures as well as the calculations for the geometric parameters required for manufacturing. The analogy between a crystal of Diamond with the shape of the device for the manufacturing of reinforcement structures in four directions (4D) have been selected to illustrate the approach in simple spatially reinforced structures. Isotropic (completed) and anisotropic (uncompleted) complex spatially reinforced structures are obtained by a combination of the basic structures by employing the arrangement schemata of reinforcing rods and appropriate geometric parameters. In order to demonstrate the analogy, a comparison of a hexaoctahedron and Carolite with the model of a reinforcement structures in seven directions (7D) has been presented. It is concluded that the analogy of developing regular complex shapes that are found in crystals by combining simple geometric solids of parallelepipeds and pyramids gives the shape of the appropriate devices used for the assembling and casting of simple and complex structures of spatially reinforced composites.
