Sažetak
Some lctic acid bacteria areb natural inhibitants of human and animal intestines and thay contribute in microbial interactions occurring in the gastrointestinal tract. The results has been achieved in in vitro experiments simulating of gastrointestinal conditions imply on probiotic properties of examined strains. Both strains, L. acidophilus M92 and L. plantarum L4 were able to inhibit entheropatogebic, spore-foaming and fungal test microorganisms. L. acidophilus M92 and L. plantarum L4 have shown significant degree of survival in the conditions of low pH value of medium, a lysosyme activity, a presence of phenol and bile salts.
