Sažetak
Paper presents a forming manufacturing process of deep drawing and the implementation of various technologies needed for production of a deep draw part. Process consist of several stages: deep drawing, cutting, modelling, engineering analyses etc. A method is presented for determination of optimal blank shape, and the control of optimalblank shape, and the controlof a number of parameters that influence the finished part quality. In order to avoid errors and for the correct calculation of process parameters, several engineering solutions are adapted to better suit the process. The product requires a high quality production because it is an assembly with narrow tolerances and a perfect fit fit is required for all elements. Modelling was done in the SolidWorks 2008 software, and experiment was done in factory conditions. The proposed method was used to determine the optimal process parameters with an acceptable precision and to insure that the current used procedure is updated.
