Sažetak
Descriptive and advanced statistical methods showed that the transformational leadership style – the leadership style considered a possible source of competitive advantage in developed countries, is the leadership style preferred among Croatian employees. Therefore, it could be considered a source of competitive advantage of Croatian companies.
