Sažetak
The basic aim of this paper is to examine whether changes of specific monetary-credit aggregates influence a real economic activity in the Republic of Croatia. Long-run relationship between money supply and production was examined by cointegration analysis. The impact of money supply was analyzed on the basis of a decomposition of the variance of forecast errors.
