Sažetak
The relationship between mould biomass and the biosynthesis of aflatoxins B1 and G1 (AFB1 and AFG1) on solid substrates (whole and crushed maize grains) at temperatures from 15-40 oC and a water content in the substrate of 20-40% has been investigated. The experiments have been carried out with the aflatoxigenous mould Aspergillus parasiticus NRRL 2999 in pure culture and in the mixed culture respectively, the latter with the mould Fusarium graminearum ZMPBF 1244 and Trichothecium roseum ZMPBF 1226.
