Sažetak
It is a very interesting paper dealing with the background of Serbian diplomacy and the related historical facts. In 1849, the "Constitution of political propaganda", a document introduced in Serbia, proclaimed the aspiration to build a Serbian dominated entity, comprising within its borders Bosnia and Herzegovina, southern Serbia, Sandjiak and northern Albania, south western Bulgaria, Dalmatia and regions along the Croatian Slovenian border. The program "Načertanije" which aimed at obstructing Russia to breakthrough to Mediterranean, could be achieved with the cooperation of the people of aforementioned region, and so Srbian - Albanian contacts were also established at the time, and some details are given in the paper. The intense eviction of Albanian Muslims started in Milos Obrenovich time, and the first ethnic cleansing of Albanians by Serbs in the year 1878. The Albanian population of regions north of Kosova, came to Kosova. Studies of Jovan Cvijić, Ivo Andrić and Vasa Čubrilović concentrate on all political ways of either occupying northern Albania or getting rid of its population, thus ensuring Serbia an outlet to Mediterranean Sea. The author proceeds and finishes the paper giving details about ethnic cleansing in the years 195o, and '60 onwards.
