Sažetak
The research of the organization culture presented in this paper definitely gives very interesting materials for different analyses and conclusions about business culture in Croatia and its neighboring countries. However, drawing conclusions from this research one should always be aware that it covered a specific category of respondents – students of postgraduate programs in Business Administration. That, in one hand, makes difficult and ambiguous any generalization of conclusions at the level of (whole) countries, but, in the other hand, enables a very interesting comparative analysis among countries and within particular countries. Regarding the results that research has given for Croatia, we should really be cautious in generalizing results. Analyzing profile(s) of business culture that is revealing and depicting this research, that is probably NOT a true picture of the general (average) profile of the business culture in Croatia. It could not even be representative for the managerial class in Croatian enterprises. This research has given primarily the picture of that what it had targeted anyway – the profile of the business culture of postgraduate students in Business Administration. That picture is really encouraging, and if we can imply that this is the category and the group of people that will gradually assume leading role in Croatian economy and business community, these results can be encouraging indications for the development of the entire business culture in Croatia.
