Sažetak
The aim of this paper is to highlight some of the current problems faced by decision makers on the labour market in Croatia. The state of employment and unemployment, according to the newest data collected by the Croatian Bureau of Statistics and the Croatian Employment Service will be presented. Official figures suggest that there has been a steady decline in employment since the early 1990s.
