Sažetak
This article deals with number of issues and doubts in regard with interim measures ordered in arbitration procedure, particulary with those related to the powers of arbitral tribunals on the contents of interim measures, as well as to the form of the arbitral decisions on such a measure and its effects regarding the conduction of court procedure for its enforcement. It is pointed out that 1985 UNCITRAL model LAw has some defects which are subjected to the undergoing work on necessary amendments as well as on the non critical reception of its certain solutions in national laws of number of states.
