Sažetak
This work presents the methodology for the extraction of equivalent circuit via model based on measurements. The measurements have been done up to 10 GHz. The results of measurements and extracted equivalent circuit model are compared to the analytical expressions for circuit parameters. It is found that the analytical expressions give a rough estimate of the circuit parameters. The modelling is based on S-parameters and TDR measurements.
