Sažetak
This report is a third part of Deliverable 3.1 - Wind Farm Control Strategy Review and Specification. It focuses on reconfigurable control extension as part of supervisory wind farm control. Preceding parts of the deliverable provided an overview of existing wind farm control applications and specified the approach that will be used for nominal control design. In this part of the document the wind farm operation scenarios are identified that designated nominal control strategy will not be able to manage appropriately. For these scenarios reconfigurable control extension will be designed. In this report an overall wind farm control structure consisting of nominal and reconfiguration controller is described and chosen concept for design of the reconfiguration controller is outlined.
