Sažetak
The effect of sulphur accelerators during the curing process of natural rubber is studied. Samples are prepared by adding the same fraction of various types of accelerator to the rubber. The crosslinking densities of the vulcanized samples differ significantly for different accelerators. It is also revealed that during a first process of thermal ageing, an increase, then a decrease of the crossling density is observed, as shown in the Figure. The experiments presented hear allow detailed conclusions as to which accelerator is suitable to achive highest performance of the resulting product.
