Sažetak
After a long period of traditional (blackboard- oriented) way of teaching the Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering, a new technology is proposed based upon the aid of personal computer. Computer can be used firstly in instruction, to visualise and dynamize the rather abstract concepts of basic electricity, and secondly in an early evaluation of students learning, thus giving a new quality to the teaching in this area.
