Sažetak
Telecommunication network evolution requires new techniques for network management and monitoring. Lot of techniques rely on agent based architecture, where agents are located near network elements to be managed, and management station communicates with agents. In this paper we have proposed architecture for SNMP protocol usage in alarm (and data) collecting, processing and presentation, with EWSD telephone exchange (SIEMENS) as an example.
