Sažetak
Today's telecommunication market requires that operators have architecture which will give them fast and simple way to put some new services on the market and will provide them integration of today's non-IP services offered by mobile telecommunication providers. As a solution we have IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), which represent QoS-enabled All-IP network. However, this increasingly complexes requirements for the charging systems. Because of the problems with old charging solutions, specially prepaid charging solutions, we will explain solution based on time intervals and service bundle, which is called TICA (Time Interval Calculation Algorithm). We will present some adventage of TICA like flexibility and the guarantee of minimal fraud for providers.
