Sažetak
The antenna system for direction finding consists of two identical planar arrays that are connected via coaxial cables to a direction finding receiver circuitry.The radiation pattern of a realized antenna system is compared to the theoretically required one. The differences in arm impedances, input reflection coefficients of both planar arrays and the attenuation of corresponding coaxial cables cause azimuth errors that are analyzed, computed and presented graphically.
