Sažetak
North-Atlantic alliance (NATO) is a regional security organization created in 1949. In time of growing danger of conflict of democratic countries in the Western world with the Soviet Union. The Cold War and Soviet Union are history now so it is questionable and the purpose of survival of NATO. Countries of the lore, the land of democracy, seeking answers to new challenges of security, a system that guarantees security, and NATO. NATO is transformed, in terms of izmijenjenim passed through organizational adaptation, but also transformed the threat. The enemy is invisible at this time and a specific question and the possibility of large (and expensive) military system that carries with him.
