Sažetak
The contribution gives a brief insight in some phenomena of popular religiosity in Croatian region of Slavonia. In first plan are few distinguished persons with charismatic gifts attributed by the folk. Accompanied with outstanding personal piety, these persons are characterized with visions, predictions, clairvoyance, and, first of all, with gift of healing. That attracted the people to them and enabled them very important role in folk culture.
