Sažetak
In this paper the observations and results are focused to discover the reasons of the non answered call attempts in PBX. The importance is given to the local communications by speech - for calls which originate and have destination in the same PBX. The non-answered telephone calls are calculated by the proposed algorithm using traffic data, recorded according to ITU E.502 recommendations. The results of measurements and calculation by the algorithm are shown numerically and graphically. The average time per call is calculated and used as a parameter of confirmation of the previously obtained results. The certain reasons for non answering are marked with solutions which can improve the quality of local communications.
