Sažetak
The semi-displacement series SKLAD was designed, generated and researched at the Ship Hydrodynamics Department of Brodarski Institute. Five models having the hull form of the SKLAD series, with constant LWL/SWL = 6, BWL/T = 4 ratios, and different block coefficients CBWL = 0.35, 0.40, 0.45, 0.50 and 0.55 were tested within the range of volumetric Froude number Fn▽ = 1.0 - 3.4. The total resistance force, running trim and rise or fall at LCB were measured. The aim of the research, from the aspect of resistance, was to define the influence of the block coefficient upon the hydrodynamic characteristics of the semi-displacement ships of the series.
