Sažetak
The objective of this study was to identify resistant commercial hybrids and to evaluate a genetically diverse collection of inbreds as a potential source of resistance to F. verticillioides. Results of the present study showed that the following hybrids can be recommended as resistant to F. verticillioides ear rot: Bc282, Bc462B, Bc572 and Bc666. Inbreds Bc80085, Bc98, W578-1, Bc80086, WP-W and MBS61 which showed the highest resistance level to F. verticillioides ear rot (rating 1, 2-1, 5) are chosen for the future research and among them potential sources of resistance will be investigated.
