Sažetak
Injection molding of living and non-living substances is the cyclic process for the production of parts highly complicated with a wide weight-range and high level of precision. We started 40 years ago with the analysis of injection molding of thermoplastic melts, using the systems theory. After much extended research in this field, we have used the results for the description of more than 240 different methods of injection molding of plastics, rubber compounds, metals and ceramics as well as metals and injection molding of living tissue in one model. The results of our investigations of the basic functions of injection molding process show that some of the functions: preparation of substances, injection, primary shaping and structuring of parts as well as heat exchange are invariant for this method of production of parts. This gave us the idea to find out the natural model of injection molding. The reproduction of higher animals and human beings is a natural model of injection molding. The “ injection molding” of human beings is very similar to reactive injection molding of PUR. We will describe the natural model of injection molding using the laws of theory of systems.
