Sažetak
One of the factors for reaching competitive advantage is establishing a corresponding business organisation structure which will be able to support its existence in the world of general globalisation processes. A modern approach to the establishment of such a structure is observing it from the viewpoint of its business processes. This paper tries to define the meaning and relation of relevent elements which contribute the dynamics of a business system and information elements which are being transformed in the process.
