Sažetak
The freedom of establishment, as one of the main freedoms in internal market, requires removal of all obstacles and restrictions, granting in this way complete protection of the right of establishment. Importance of this well-known right can be observed through providing the use of production capacity with lower costs, marketing and offering products, adjusting production to the needs of the market, as well as through numerous others aspects. The right of establishment for the Republic Croatia, as associated country carries great importance too, granting the possibility of successful opening the market and development. In Croatian legal system this right was framed within the provisions of relevant laws, which now suffer intensive changes, considering obligations and commitments of the Republic Croatia to Stabilisation and Association Agreement.
