Sažetak
People often think that designers and technologists have different knowledge and have different attitudes, which potentially obstruct cooperation in knitwear production. With this work we are trying to answer to the question – how different attitudes designers and technologists really have. As a method for testing attitudes the method of questionnaire has been chosen. The content of the questionnaire was referring to key topics connected with possible differences in attitudes. The techniques of descriptive statistics have been used to analyse the questionnaire variables. Both the designers and the technologists almost equally range the influences on final appearance of knitwear and machine acquisition in a company. Designers in almost identical way range the elements according to their influence on development of design, as well as technologists range the influence of the same elements on the development of technology. It seems that there are more similarities than differences in attitudes of knitwear designers and technologists.
