Sažetak
Quality management system presents the integral part of strategy of every organization system as well as local governments. It is an ongoing process that assesses the local governments in setting goals and strategies to meet all existing needs of users (citizens in this matter) based on the challenges of their organization efficiency in fluctuate social, financial and political environment. The authors in this paper will give the presentation of implementation of quality management model based on the platform of recomended norm control ISO/IEC 9001:2000 in local government. The organization based on this model involves all of the employees and presents the efficency as a fundamental goal in local government sytems.
