Sažetak
Informational and communicational development brought new dangers for citizen’ s rights, privacy and gave birth to the new alliance in fighting for their protection. Security that lies in legal procurement and detailed procedures of international standards created in order to prevent and efficiently sanction those illegal acts present the key to protection of personal rights. Also, developing the personal concence on need to protect you by using software solutions, cryptography or making restrictions on access to personal data from the third parties will, slowly but securely, make difference. In this paper the authors give an overview of the case of Croatia concerning the protection of citizen’ s privacy and individual rights and suggest the new procedures in order of bringing their protection to the higher level and security from the „ persona non grata“ .
