Sažetak
The application and usage of internet technologies is becoming more and more of a necessity. Most educational and business institutions are striving to be accessible to their users and provide them with all the information regarding their scope of business, but only a few of them are following the world trend of multidirectional communication. The WEB 2.0 technology facilitates the multidirectional communication between the facility and the end user. The WEB 2.0 does not rely on the usage of one basic platform for the new generation of web applications, but rather, it connects RIA (Rich Internet Application) techniques, XML (Extensible Markup Language) and RSS (Really Simple Syndication) services, API (Application Programming Interface) interfaces and the visual experience into one entity. The research in this paper is based on the enhancement of the quality of usage of WEB 2.0 applications by the client and the considerations of facilities about implementing technologies into their businesses.
