Sažetak
Acute mixed lineage leukemia is characterized by blasts which coexpress myeloid and T or B lineage specific antigens or concurrent B and T lineage antigens. Aim of the study was to analyze cytomorphology of AL with coexpression one or two cross lineage antigens and true biphenotypic leukemia.Our study is concordant with other studies and point to aberrant maturation of AL leukemic cells and that there is no straight correlation of cytomoprphology and immunophenotype of mixed AL.
