Sažetak
: A network planning method can be used to coordinate the performance of a number of interdependent activities and to display their sequ-ence of accomplishment. It enables the analysis and comparison of multiple possible procedures in the solution finding process as well, and, also, allows optimization of the required times, efforts and resources. The paper will illustrate the application of this method (CPM) in the issue of planning the preparation of on-the-spot investigation of felonies when the time available for the mentioned preparation is critical. The theoretical guidelines of the network planning method have been underlined and the review of the application of this method in preparing the investigation on-the-spot of major crimes has been given.
