Sažetak
In this paper, we presented result of digital image analysis and investigation on possibilities of level reduction in the X-ray images in the diagnostics of asbestosis. Algorithm for robust image analysis has been presented and explained, as well as fuzzy rules for determination of the patient˘s condition. We tried to use various and widely availabke equpment to enable everybody to use this method to his convenience. Special attention is given to the digital image acquisition and different conditions and parameters in the X-ray film scanning process.
