Sažetak
Ergonomic contribution to the design and shaping of the furniture by use of computer and computer program have been presented in this work. Influence of designing of working place for correct man’s posture in work and rest has been considered, in this way his energy consumption and fatigue are reduced to the minimum. By computerized anthropometric analysis of movement dimensions of enfolding space of the body are obtained, as e.g. reach of arms, leg, head, back positions, etc. Regarding occupancy features of the furniture, design and construction, besides safety, qualitative, esthetic and fashionable trends should also meet ergonomico - biomechanical functional criteria. Dimensions of the furniture and space surrounding it in respect of optimal use should be put in accordance with anthropometric sizes of a man.
