Sažetak
Problems occurring during calculation of stress and deformation in the process of metal sheet rolling have been analysed in this work. FEM program ANYS has been used in the simulation rolling process. All parameters influencing processing are entered as incoming parameters of simulation process. The analysis of stress and surface pressure in the processing was effected on two materials of metal sheet of various elasticity module as well as various coefficient of friction between the material and tools. Three thicknesses of the metal sheet have been taken 1.25 mm, 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm. Drawing near the result of simulation to the real product is achieved by taking all parameters influencing proceeding of the processing.
