Sažetak
At the experimental field of the Zagreb Bc Institute in Botinec new winter wheat lines are tested for Fusarium head blight resistance tinder artificial conditions and for yield under natural conditions. The most promising lines were tested in a trial laid out its RCBD in four replications. The trial consisted of 25 genotypes including the standards for resistance: Roazon, Poncheau and (D-48x42x6)(2) as well as the standards for yield: Sana and Renan. Resistance as well as a high grain yield were exhibited by the lines: Bc 6, Bc 11, Bc 2. Bc 1, Bc 20 and Bc 5. A high level of resistance was exhibited also by the lines Bc 4, Bc 9, Bc 16, Bc 18, and Bc 17, however with lower grain yield in comparison with the monitoring standards Sana and Renan.
