Sažetak
This paper presents novel GA based approach for production planning and design of the production system. Here presented method is implemented to the real manufacturing environment in the initial design process. This was possible by implementing it in the discreet event simulation environment, eM-plant software, and analyzing its behavior before actually building it. The production system was model as the classical job-shop scheduling problem, where the classical production planning (rule based policies – ATC heuristic) and GA production planning (multi-objective) was compared.
