Sažetak
Mathematical methods and techniques for decision support known so far, proved to be insufficient and inappropriate in the case of economies in transition. This is especially true for the mathematical and statistical modelling types trying to provide forecasts and models of future processes based on the analyses of past states and processes of relevant business variables. The paper presents, for the very first time, a new fluid modelling concept applicable in the economies in transition.
