Sažetak
The paper gives a survey of the profiles making procedures classification, profiles geometry, flexibility of roll set, forming technology, state of stress, contact stress determination, force and moment of forming, experimental results, calibrating of tool (AUTOCAD, AUTOLISP) and examples of profiles phased forming. Technology of profile phased forming is shown by two examples of forming with the aid of ACAD 12 program, where the drawing of final profile is a starting point for determining of phases and profiles forming procedure. Procedure of cold rolling of thin waled profiles, in comparison wih other procedures of profiles making, has techno-economic advantages over the considerable investments in tools.
