Sažetak
The requirements of high combustion efficiency and reduced levels of pollutant emissions have motivated the development of computer modelling aimed at the simulation of the relevant physical phenomena and chemical processes occuring in industrial furnaces and boilers. The interaction of turbulence with chemical reactions is one of the most interesting factors in such models, which has to be taken into account.
