Sažetak
The paper presents an alternative approach to the optimal economic policy design. Model is defined on three levels and it combines fluid modeling and the AHP method. Taking into account the past experiences, development objectives and strategies set up for various future periods, as well as requests posed by different economic theories" approaches, the model provides a means to choose, evaluate and modify a set of economic policy instruments that would be the most efficient in attaining defined development objectives.
