Sažetak
The main characteristics of new production philosophy are: assurance of quality of products in according with requirements of buyers, production Just-in Time, reduce the runing costs of production per unit product, the high level of flexibility, the less time of the development, the less waste of material and energy and the application of methods of the artificial intelligence. Each technology and technological system has definite techno-economic life time which imposes the intensive revitalization and substitution of the unproductive technologies and systems. The substitution of conventional and undproductive technologies conditions implementation knowlegde base and dissemination, the development of methods of modelling, computer simulation, optimization of models along with other methods of revitalization and application new manufacturing and information technologies. In the paper the writer is mentioning the classical and new production philosophy, The Japanese and Americanese manufacturinf strategy on industry, necessity of revitalization and modernization of manufacturing, choice of technological revitalization level and implementation of technologies and methodology of revitalization.
