Sažetak
Drawing stress modelling, respectively deformation force of deep drawingprocess with wall thickness reduction has been performed by using the upper bound method. Basic parameters of modelling are: technological (deformation degree), design (tool working zone geometry), kinematic (plastic flow angle) and tribological (contact friction). The purpose of stress modelling and drawing force is minimization of tool loading with the aim of increasing tool life and productivity of the machining system. By applying macro optimization of deep drawing process tool life may be increased more than 50%, which is the main aim of this paper.
