Sažetak
The present Report aims at providing detailed information on the creation of International maritime dissemination forum. This report has three differemt parts: 1. Definition oft he Maritime Cluster and proposal for creation of the forum 2. International maritime dissemination forum main characteristics, including m, anagement 3. Additional added value to forum, in order to get attention and integrate main players in virtual euro-region consortia. All parts of this report will not be implemented imediately, but rather in continuous way in order to get and attention of possible users. As the Starnet region countries and regions do not have identical overview of the main strategical development directions concerning maritime affairs as a whole, we are proposing to create forum for all components of martime cluster, and in four different languages – English, Italian, Slovenian and Croatian. Forum will be offered to local and regional policy makers as a tool for obtaining valuable ideas , proposals and guidelines for generation of maritime guiding principle for local, national and eRegional development.
