Sažetak
Principles of vacuum picking heads are briefly outlined. Some sources of difficulties in application of vacuum in the transport of certain garment parts are discussed. Experiments are performed to obtain the pressure drop due to the fabric air permeability. The results indicate some possibilities of this kind of transport for certain parts of garment (collars, pockets) in the sewing process.
