Sažetak
The idea of involving customers in information system (IS) development process is widely recognized. The paper deals with the proprietary empirical studies of IS education and training, performed as a part of joint IS development, which involves participations amongst customers, developers and consultants. The authors present an outline of an on-site system analysis carried out by the customers developers and guided by outer consultants. In parallel to the system analysis, the developers are educated and trained to become information analysts and system designers. An original software development method is briefly presented. It is performed by the customers developers and guided by an outsourced implementation leader. Some practical problems, related to the on-site education and training during implementation, are described
